<br />........... <br /> <br />12d(1). Endangered Fish Recovery Team Report, Recommended Interim Action to Protect .. <br />Flows for Endangered Fish, Ruedi Reservoir. MOU, continued (5:11 - 5:34 p.m.) .. ' <br /> <br />Mark Fuller, Secretary of the Ruedi Reservoir Water and Power Authority, made <br />additional co=ents endorsing the MOU and requested that target elevations set by <br />the Authority be included. Questions were asked by Smith, Meyring, and Lochhead. <br />John Musick spoke about the legal and contractual issues in his letter. Gene Jencsok, <br />CWCB staff, stated that the staffwouid discuss the MOU at a public hearing on June <br />9, 1992 at Glenwood Springs and have a reco=endation at the July Board meeting <br />regarding the signing of the MOU. <br /> <br />22. Election of Officers (5:34 - 5:35 p.m.) <br /> <br />Martineau entertained nominations for Chairman and Vice-Chairman. A motion was <br />made by Lochhead and seconded by Meyring to elect Tyler Martineau for Chairman <br />and Leo Eisel for Vice Chairman. The motion passed by unanimous (8-0) decision. <br /> <br />23. Preliminmy Notice; Water Division 6, Routt, Moffat and Rio Blanco Counties* <br />(5:35 - 5:36 p.m.) <br /> <br />Anne Janicki, CWCB staff, presented preliminary instream flow recommendations on /? <br />10 stream segments in Rout!..NRff~hl!:lld Rio Blanco Counties and asked the Board <br />to advance the preliminary recommendations to final notice status. A motion was e <br />made by Smith and seconded by Eisel to move to second notice. The motion passed <br />by nnanimous (8-0) decision. <br /> <br />24. Fmal Notice; Water Division 6, Jackson County* (5:36 - 5:45 p.m.) <br /> <br />Anne Janicki, CWCB staff, presented final instream flow recommendations on 10 <br />stream segments in Jackson County and asked the Board to make the determinations <br />required by statute and appropriate the recommended instream flow water rights. <br />Wendy Weiss, AG staff, commented and questions were asked by Harrison and Eisel. <br />A motion was made by Meyring and seconded by Smith to make the required <br />determinations, appropriate the recommended instream flow water rights, and direct <br />the Attorney General's Office to file for the decrees. The motion passed by <br />nn"nimous (8-0) decision. <br /> <br />26. Statements of Opposition.
