Nottingham & Sons Water Treatment and Storage Project to include recreation, <br />municipal, commercial and industrial. Each of these diversion structures was assigned alternate <br />points of diversion to each other and the Applicant was permitted to store 448,8 acre-feet of <br />consumptive use credits associated with these water rights in Benchmark Lake, The place of use <br />was limited to the historical service areas of the Avon Metropolitan District and the Eagle-Vail <br />Metropolitan District. <br /> <br />.
