<br />~,..J,; ~ ..... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item C-l,e <br />Case No, 5.99CWI72; Town of Avon <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a Change of Water Rigl1ts on the Eagle River near the town of Avon in <br />Eagle County (see attached map), In Case No, W.3664, the Town of Avon changed the use of <br />the Metcalf Ditch, Nottingham and Puder Ditch, the Hurd Ditch, the Johnson aIld Howard Ditch <br />and the H,A. Nottingham & Sons Water Treatment and Storage Project to include recreation, <br />municipal, commercial and industrial. Each of these diversion structures was assigned alternate <br />points of diversion to each other and the Applicant was permitted to store 448,8 acre-feet of <br />consumptive use credits associated with these water rights in Benchmark Lake, The place of use <br />was limited to the historical service areas of the Avon Metropolitan District and the Eagle-Vail <br />Metropolitan District. <br /> <br />.
