Application Summary

This is an application for an enlargement and right of refill for Evergreen Reservoir on
Little Blue Creek, for a change of water right on the East Fork of Little Blue Creek, and
for approval of a plan of augmentation near Morrow Point Reservoir in Gunnison County
(see attached map). Applicant has a decree for storage in Evergreen Lake to use as a
pumping station for water deliveries to a subdivision. Applicant seeks to decree an
enlargement of Evergreen Lake and a refill right under the original priority of the
reservoir. Applicant also seeks to have "augmentation" use added to the decree for
Arrowhead Reservoir on the East Fork of Little Blue Creek. Water will be released from
Arrowhead Reservoir on the East Fork of Little Blue Creek to compensate for out-of-
priority diversions on Little Blue Creek.
