<br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br />Horning Session <br />Rm. 330, State Office Building <br />Denver, Colorado <br /> <br />November 19, 1965 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Sparks, Director <br />and Secretary, in the absence of Mr. Stapleton, Vice-Chairman, at <br />10:10 A. H. <br /> <br />MR. SPARKS: <br /> <br />"Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Stapleton is <br />unable to ~e here until after lunch. If it is <br />all right, I will act as temporary chairman <br />during his absence. <br /> <br />The first item under consideration is <br />approval of the Board minutes of the last <br />meeting. Those have been distributed to the <br />Board members previously. Are there any amend- <br />ments or corrections that anyone would like to <br />propose?" <br /> <br />MR. CORNELIUS: <br /> <br />"Mr. Chairman, I'll move that the minutes <br />be approved as submitted." <br /> <br />MR. GOOD~7IN : <br /> <br />"I'll second." <br /> <br />MR. SPARKS: <br /> <br />"It has been moved and seconded that the <br />minutes as distributed be approved. All in <br />favor 'aye'; all opposed 'no'; the motion is <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Governor, nice to have you with us." <br /> <br />GOVERNOR JOHNSON: <br /> <br />"Thank you, sir." <br /> <br />MR.
