A motion was made by David <br />Smith that the Board go into Executive Session to discuss the subjects listed <br />in this Agenda Item. The motion was seconded by Bob Burr and approved <br />unanimously (9-0), and the Board went into Executive Session. <br /> <br />Tuesdav. March 30. 1999 <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was <br />reconvened at the Douglas County Offices' Philip S. Miller Building, 100 <br />3'" Street in Castle Cock, CO 80104. The meeting was called to order at <br />8: 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 1999 by Chairperson Bill Brown. Eight <br />voting members were present at the time of call to order so there was a <br />quorum (at least six required). Board members present on this date were <br />Bill Brown, Ray Werner, Eric Kuhn, Bob Burr, Lewis Entz, Donald <br />Schwindt, Greg Walcher, Jennifer Gimbel (representing the Attorney <br />General and altemating with Ken Salazar, Attorney General), State Engineer <br />Hal Simpson and CWCB Director Peter Evans.' <br /> <br />9f. Report From Executive Session <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 1413 - 1377 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn that the Board authorize the Attorney <br />General's Office to agree to a 60 day extension on the quantification in <br /> <br />3Voting tallies are based on members present for voting. Members tecusing themselves are identified.
