A motion was made by David <br />Smith that the Board approve and designate as approximate 100-year <br />floodplain information the subject reports and maps for resolutions <br />numbers 99-479, 483, 485, 487, 488, 489, 490, and 492 and to approve and <br />designate as detailed 100-year floodplain information the subject report and <br />map for Resolution No. 99-486 and to approve and designate as detailed and <br />approximate 100-year floodplain information the subject report and maps for <br />Resolution No. 99-484. The motion was seconded by Bob Burr and <br />approved unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />4j. <br /> <br />Floodplain Management - Floodplain Designation and Approvals - FPR No. 98-491 <br />Tape I, Start/Stop: 1376 - 1913 <br />Action: This item was taken separately. A motion was made by David Smith that <br />the summarizing of proposed FPR 99-491 to approve and designate as <br />detailed and approximate 100-year floodplain information in the subject <br />report and maps for resolution for FPR 98-49 I. The motion was seconded <br />by Bob Burr and approved unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Floodplain Management - South Platte River Channel Project Right-of-Way <br />Requests-Mountain Miser Kayak School <br />Tape I, Start/Stop: 1913 - 2615 <br />Action: A motion was made by Ray Werner that the Board accept the staff <br />recommendation to approve the easement request, with an addition to <br />paragraph 4 of the Conditions of the Easement to include the wording for <br />"$500 annual fee or $2,500 for a five year period." The motion was <br />seconded by Eric Kuhn. The motion was amended by Greg Walcher to <br />reflect that the fee should be $250 for the first year, and with the amount of <br />the fee to be reexamined after one year.
