Identification of persons requesting a hearing: <br /> <br />United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service <br />P.O. Identification of recommendations at issue: <br /> <br />Recommendation presented by staff and adopted by the Board at the January <br />2002 Board meeting for Spring Creek identified as case number 02/4/A-041, see <br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3. Contested facts and general description of data upon which Forest Service will <br />rely, to the extent known at this time: <br /> <br />a) Forest Service will rely data and analysis conducted by the Forest Serivce <br />and other public agencies relating to these sites. Forest Service may also <br />rely on data, studies and analysis prepared by experts and consultants who <br />have familiarity with these sites. Forest Service may also rely on CWCB <br />staff reports and memos about the subj ect recommendations, including all <br />attachments and appendices, and any other public information, such as <br />stream gage records. <br /> <br />Il <br />
