The committee will report at the Board meeting the results of the <br />interviews and recommend the preferred consultant for staff to commence contract negotiations <br />with. For the Board's information only, prior to the meeting, the executive sUlllffiaries from each <br />consultant prop08al are attached. <br /> <br />The staff will solicit guidance from the Board regarding the consultant contract negotiations <br />relative to cost, final scope of work, and selection of technical review committees. <br /> <br />Staff will also discuss the assignment of the internal project manager for the administration <br />of each project. It is staffs intention to provide study progress reports at each Board meeting during <br />the term of each study. <br /> <br />Flood Protection. Water Supply Planning and Finance.
