Reviewing and evaluating plans as needed <br />. Coordinate between the three area offices and the State <br />. Monitor progress in implementation <br />. Joint participation in meetings to coordinate program assistance <br />· Appropriate consideration will be given to State and Federal law <br />· A workplan and schedule will be developed for providing technical assistance <br />in conservation planning <br /> <br />CWCB will: <br /> <br />· Provide one full-time staff position dedicated to providing assistance to <br />Colorado agricultural water districts <br />. Coordinate and conduct training for districts and municipalities in water <br />efficiency planning <br />. Provide one-on-one professional and technical assistance <br />. Provide coordination of water education/information <br />. Provide an annual report based upon requirements of the State and <br />Reclamation <br />. Review district's and water users' past and present plans <br />· Summarize water management and conservation measures implemented <br />· Conduct annual review of measures implemented <br />· Create database for Reclamation and State reporting requirements <br />. Summarize current plans and needs by water users <br />. Monitor and report on agricultural water use efficiency projects throughout <br />the state, federal, and other agencies within the state. <br />
