Each year we ask the Board to review suggested changes to our planning documents.

This year the most significant changes are the result of changes to the Office of Water Conservation statutes.

Your work plan outlines actions you are required to take by statute or rule, actions you occasionally take by
virtue of your position on the Board, and actions related to your role as a representative of your river basin.

At the meeting we will review each of the documents and highlighting their relationship to each other and to
our internal performance planning. For example, the Strategic Plan is the macro vision of what you hope to
achieve and a work plans reflects the tasks required to implement the plan.

Recommendation

Review and approve the suggested revisions to the Strategic Plan, the Objectives and your own Work Plan.
