Revised Strategies/Objectives Pertaining to the major plan elements: <br />-- Policy Development <br />-- Policy Implementation <br />-- Policy Performance and Management <br />. Draft Board Member Work Plan <br /> <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />Each year we ask the Board to review suggested changes to our planning documents. <br /> <br />This year the most significant changes are the result of changes to the Office of Water Conservation statutes. <br /> <br />Your work plan outlines actions you are required to take by statute or rule, actions you occasionally take by <br />virtue of your position on the Board, and actions related to your role as a representative of your river basin. <br /> <br />At the meeting we will review each of the documents and highlighting their relationship to each other and to <br />our internal performance planning. For example, the Strategic Plan is the macro vision of what you hope to <br />achieve and a work plans reflects the tasks required to implement the plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Review and approve the suggested revisions to the Strategic Plan, the Objectives and your own Work Plan. <br /> <br />Flood Protection. Water Project Planning and Financing. Stream and Lake Protection <br />Water Supply Protection. Conservation Planning <br />
