<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item l.m <br />Case No, 5-04CW237, GRC Residence, LLLP & Blue River Ranch, LLC <br /> <br />Application Sununarv <br /> <br />This is an application for change of water rights and approval of a plan for augmentation including <br />exchange near Green Mountain Reservoir in Summit County. Applicants seek to change their <br />interests in the Hamilton-Davidson Ditch and Sarah Ditch from irrigation to irrigation and several <br />other uses, Applicants propose to forego diversion of their interests in the two ditches but divert <br />water by exchange or otherwise at Lake Alvin (gravel pit) for uses listed above. Applicants' source <br />of augmentation water, in addition to said ditches, is Green Mountain Reservoir. Applicants' <br />proposed exchange is for 0.05 cfs up to 5.3 acre-feet per year. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water rights that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />Applicant's proposed change of water right may constitute an expansion of use and cause <br />material injury to the Board's instream flow water rights on Slate Creek, Brush Creek, and the <br />Blue River, Applicant's proposed plan for augmentation may injure the Board's instream flow <br />water rights on Slate Creek, Brush Creek, and the Blue River by not replacing out-of-priority <br />diversions and I or depletions in time, place and amount. <br /> <br />Other Objectors <br /> <br />The City and County of Denver, acting by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, and <br />the City of Colorado Springs also filed Statements of Opposition to this application. <br /> <br />C:\Documents and Settings\ljb\My Documents\Board Meetings\ConsentAgendalm.
