This is the Engineering News Record Nation Average Construction Cost Index (ENR <br />CCI) lor the period 1977-1999. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the CWCS establish 4.34% as the Target Growth Rate lor Total Fund <br />Equity for the period 1999 - 2000, and establish the base year as July 1999 (Total Fund Equity <br />base amount of $242 million.) <br /> <br />(Note: II approved, these recommendations will set an upper limit of $8.13 million lor grants and <br />non-reimbursable projects in 2001.
