The BLM documented that a natural environment is present in the form of a brook trout fishery. <br />. Based on the BLM's biological recommendation, flows of 1.5 cfs, summer, and 0.75 cfs, winter, are <br />necessary to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. e <br />. CWCB staff has conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation. <br />.
