The BLM documented that a natural environment is present in the form of a brown trout fishery. <br />. Based on the BLM's biological recommendation, flows of2.75 cfs, summer, and 2 cfs, winter, are <br />necessary to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. CWCB staff has conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation. <br />.
