However, the summer and winter <br />instream flow recommendations were reduced to 0.6 cfs (8/1-10131)/(4/1-4/30) and 0.3 cfs (1111-3/31) <br />based on the water availability analysis. The BLM believes the lower flow recommendation will still <br />preserve the natural environment. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. CWCB staff has conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation. <br />.
