BASIS FOR INSlREAM FLOW RECOMMENDATION

The DOW documented that a natural environment is present in the form of a brook and rainbow trout
fishery. .
Based on the DOW's biological recommendation, flows of 1.25 cfs, summer, and 0.5 cfs, winter, are e
necessary to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree
