The BLM documented that a natural environment is present in the form of a brook trout fishery.
. Based on the BLM's biological recommendation, flows ofJ.5 cfs, summer, and 2.5 efs, winter, are
necessary to preselVe the natural environment to a reasonable degree.
. CWCB staff has conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for
the Board's appropriation.

.

. CWCB staff has determined that adequate water supplies exist such that the natural environment may be
preselVed without limiting or foreclosing the exercise of valid existing water rights.

CONSULTATIONS:

BLM: Roy Smith

7/10/95

I DWR: Ken Knox

8/26/96

CWCB STAFF:

Prepared By: Uppendahl

1/15/98

I Reviewed By: Espegren

1/20/98

e

C:\MARKINEW _RECSIDIV _ 4\1997\wp\97 J_Rcc_sum_rpl.doc
