Based on the BLM's biological recommendation, flows of2.5 cfs, summer, and 1.75 efs, winter, are <br />necessary to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br />. CWCB staffhas conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation. <br />.
