One possibility <br /> <br />5 is that water projects could be taken out of that total pack- <br /> <br />6 age; but the Governor also has on his call an independent <br /> <br />7 consideration of the board's construction fund. <br /> <br />8 Basically, they are all wrapped together, because <br /> <br />9 the money is all coming from the same place, whether you call <br /> <br />it part of a new fund or part of the board construction fund. <br /> <br />It's the same dollars that the legislature will be dealing <br /> <br />with for allocation. <br /> <br />MR. SHERMAN: Mr. Chairman, it might be useful to <br /> <br />ask Mr. Jackson or Mr. Sparks to comment on the Governor's <br /> <br />blue ribbon panel which he has put together, and they are <br /> <br />both members.
