That <br /> <br />additional information must occur within 90 days; and then you <br /> <br />file 85 copies, and those are considered to be the final ap- <br /> <br />plication. Usually it is from the 85 copies that the FERC <br /> <br />makes its final licensing decision. <br /> <br />MR. SHERMAN: How does the environmental impact stat - <br /> <br />ment relate to the process you have mentioned? <br /> <br />MR. FISCHER: The FERC, as lead agency, prepares and <br /> <br />files an environmental impact statement from our Exhibit W, <br /> <br />which is the environmental analysis. We do the work, they <br />
