Tom Sharp opposed the <br />motion. The motion was approved <br />unanimously (10-0). <br /> <br />Tape 2, Track 3 02:29:21 - 02:38:44 <br />Action: A modified motion was made by Eric Wilkinson and seconded by Barbara Biggs <br />to approve staff's recommendation that the Board declare its intent to appropriate <br />an instream flow on Armstrong Creek, Routt County in Water Division 6, with <br />the modification that the downstream terminus of the stream reach should be <br />outside the high-water line of the California Park Reservoir, The motion was <br />approved unanimously (10-0). <br /> <br />Tape 2, Track 3 02:38:44 - 02:39:37 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson and seconded by Barbara Biggs to <br />approve staffs recommendation that the Board declare its intent to appropriate <br />an instream flow on Elkhead Creek, Routt County in Water Division 6, with the <br />modification that the downstream terminus of the stream reach should be outside <br />the high-water line of the Califomia Park Reservoir, The motion was approved <br />unanimously (10-0). <br /> <br />Tape 2, Track 3 02:39:37 - 02:48:30 <br />Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt and seconded by Russell George to <br />approve staffs recommendation that the Board declare its intent to appropriate <br />an instream flow on Yellow Jacket Canyon Creek, Montezuma County in Water <br />Division 7.
