24. Stream and Lake Protection Section - 2006 New Appropriations - Little Cottonwood
Creek and Beaver Creek in Moffat County

Action: A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson and seconded by Russell George to delay
action on forming an intent to appropriate instream flow water rights on these
two streams until the January 2007 Board meeting. The motion passed
unanimously (8-0).

25. Stream and Lake Protection Section - ISF Subcommittee Recommendations

Action: A motion was made by Tom Sharp and seconded by Carl Trick to concur with
and establish the rotating basin-oriented approach for processing new
appropriations for instream flow appropriations in accordance with the
memorandum dated March 21,2006. Don Schwindt was not present for the vote.
The motion passed unanimously (7-0).

26. Stream and Lake Protection Section - 2006 ISF Workshop
