A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was
convened at the Garfield RE2 School District Learning Center, Room Ill, in the
basement, 839 Whiteriver Avenue, Rifle, Colorado 81650, The meeting was called to order by
John Redifer. Eight voting members were present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at
least six required). Voting Board members present were Vice Chair John Redifer, Keith Catlin,
Harold Miskel, Don Schwindt, Tom Sharp, Carl Trick, Eric Wilkinson, and Executive Director,
Department of Natural Resources, Russell George. Ex Officio members present or represented
were Acting CWCB Deputy Director Rick Brown, and Deputy Attorney General Casey ShpalL

I. Swear in New and Returning Board Members

Action: John Redifer swore in returning Board members Keith Catlin and Eric
Wilkinson, and new Board member Carl Trick to solemnly swear to support the
Constitution of the United States and the State of Colorado, and to faithfully
perform the duties of the office of member of the Colorado Water Conservation
Board.
