<br />The meeting was called to order by the Vice Chairman, George J. Bailey,
<br />at 10:15 ,,,- m., June 22, 1948.
<br />
<br />The Director announced that Board member, Ed L. Dutcher, will be unable
<br />to attend the forenoon session, but will be present during the afternoon.
<br />Chris Wall rich who had resigned from the Board but whose resignation had not
<br />yet been accepted by the Governor, would be unable to attend because of ill
<br />health. Board member, L. Ward Bannister, would be unable to attend this meeting.
