However, since the <br />CWCB is the primary beneficiary, the proposals outlined below e 'e alternative ways that th <br />CWCB could help facilitate the retirement of these rights in reco ,nition of the benefit it wil <br />realize. In addition, DMR's development condition presupposes 9WCB or Forest Service I <br />involvement in this process by way of a donation.
