VRAIN <br />RIVER IN BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board, by and through the Attorney General, and <br />the St. Vrain & Left Hand Water Conservancy District, by and through Grant, <br />Bernard, Lyons & Gaddis, P.C., hereby stipulate as follows: <br /> <br />1. The water rights decreed in this case are junior to the operation of the <br />reservoir exchange adjudicated in Case No. 89CW238 in '5.0 of the decree in that <br />matter whereby water is released from certain reservoirs described in '5.0.2 and <br />stored by exchange in Lake Isabelle Reservoir, Left Hand Park Reservoir or Gold <br />Lake Reservoir as described in '5.0.4.a, '5.d.4.b and '5.0.4.c. A copy of the <br />decree in Case No, 89CW238 is attached hereto as Exhibit A. This stipulation <br />shall not affect the stipulation entered into in Case No. 87CW127, Application <br />of the Left Hand Water Supply Company which provides that the change of certain <br />direct flow water rights to storage in Lake Isabelle Reservoir and Left Hand Park <br />Reseryoir is junior to the rights decreed herein. <br /> <br />2. With the agreement stated in '1, the St. Vrain & Left Hand Water Conservancy <br />District has no Objection to the entry of the decree attached as Exhibit 1 <br />hereto, or a decree more restrictive than Exhibit 1. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />GALE A.
