Applicant is proposing to construct a 476 <br />AF, on-channel reservoir to be used for irrigation purposes. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds an instream flow decree for 1.5 cfs on Antelope Creek with an <br />appropriation date of March 14, 1986, which could be partially inundated by the proposed <br />reservoir. <br /> <br />Potential for Injury <br /> <br />Based upon a map provided in the application, it appears that the proposed reservoir <br />would inundate approximately 2400 feet of the Board's water right on Antelope Creek. <br /> <br />Other Objectors <br /> <br />Other objectors include Daniel L. Ritchie and the United States of America. <br />
