Call to Order

No action taken.
A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held at the
Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado. The
meeting was called to order at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, March 4, 1993, by Chairman
Martineau. Eight voting members were present so there was a quorum (at least six
required). Present were Ken Salazar, David Harrison, David Smith, Bob Jackson,
Tyler Martineau, Janice Sheftel, Leo Eisel and David MeyringZ.

2. Approval of Agenda 9:06 - 9:10 a.m.

Action: A motion was made by Bob Jackson to approve the agenda as
amended. It was seconded by Leo Eisel and passed unanimously (8-0).

during regular office hours. Arrangements to make copies oC the tapes or written transcripts oC specific agenda items may be made at the
requestor's expense.

Tape I, covered the period from 9:45 a.m. to 12:35 p.m., Thursday, March 4, 1993. Tape 2 covered the period from 12:35 p.m.
to 12:40 p.m. and 2:36 p.m. to 5:05 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 1993. Tape 3 covered the period from 5:05 p.m. to 5:21 p.m. on Thursday,
March 4, 1993, and 8:S5 a.m. to 11:43 a.m. on Friday, March 5, 1993. Tape 4 covered the period Crom 11:43 a.m. to 12:50 p.m., and 1:43
p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 1993.
