The Applicant claims that the AguaPura Spring No. 1 <br />drains into Missouri Creek, while the legal description provided for the spring in the <br />application indicates that the spring drains into Pine Creek., which could potentially affect <br />the entire reach of the NOlth Clear Creek lSF right. <br /> <br />Other Objectors <br />Coors Brewing Company, Charles and Diana Morgan, the City of Central, and the City of <br />Westminster also filed statements of opposition to this application. <br /> <br />. <br />
