Are there some questions
from members of the Board?

I know it is not a fair question but we
are going to have a new Secretary of the
Interior after the first of the year. From
what I read in the eastern newspapers he is
an easterner and not much westernly oriented.
What's the feed back, if any, in respect to
reclamation projects?"

"Well, it is something that we have not
heard anything about. The reclamation pro-
gram is a vital and an active one, and I am
sure it will have the full and strong support
of the Administration and the new Secretary."

I

"We had some budgetary problems last year
so we can anticipate more of them this year."
