the staff recommendation and declare the Board's Intent to Appropriate water
for 19 streams, Motion was approved 7-0, Ray Wright, Russell George and
Carolyn McIntosh were not present.

20. Revised Colorado Watershed Protection Fund Grant Program Guidance

revised CWSPF Grant Program Guidance with the change in bullet #3 to read
