"I haven't worked one up. I think we
should discuss some of these other projects.
I'm not ready to make a motion to cover all
of these projects because there may be others
that may be interested in changing them
around. But I would move at this time that
the Juniper and Great Northern Projects be
combined in one feasibility investigation and
that this project - the combined project - be
given the priority #2 on the list."

"Mr. Chairman, I'd like to call to the
Board's attention that there are other areas
within the state that have been neglected much
in the same manner as the Yampa-White area and
one of these particular regions is the Archu-
leta County, or the upper region of the San
Juan River. Much development has occurred
in the San Juan River but none on the head-
waters where the water originates. Some
years ago the O'Neal Park Project was consid-
ered and barely missed feasibility. I would
like to suggest at this time that the Board,
in considering priorities, also include in
