Mr. Nelson resumed the discussion on his
list of priorities. He read a letter from Mr.
J. A. Hughes to the Colorado River Water Con-
servation District, Glenwood Springs.

Mr. Moses inquired if these priorities
met with the approval of Mr. Lew Williams, Mr.
McCandless and Mr. Peterson for the projects
in their areas and was told they did. He also
asked Mr. J. A. Hughes if he wished to make a
statement on the priority list of Mr. Nelson.
Mr. Hughes briefly told of the interest in
his district in these priorities.

MR. MOSES: "\vould you like to make a
motion that the Board's list of
priorities be revised to conform
with this list, Mr. Nelson?"

MR. NELSON: "I would like to so move."

MR. PETERSON: "I second the motion."

The motion was passed unanimously."."

MR. SPARKS:

"There is, however, a more specific refer-
ence. This is not the one. There is a speci-
fic reference with respect to the Juniper
Project. "
