Report from Executive Session 2:00 - 2:10 <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Stream and Lake Protection - Paul Moltz, Case No. 2- 02CW073 - Consideration of Inundation <br />Proposal or, in the alternative, a request for authorization to proceed to trial - Pursuant to Rule 8.0- <br />8.60 oj the Board's ISF rules, the Board will be asked to approve a request to inundate. In the <br />alternative, should the Board choose not to approve the request to inundate, the Board will be asked <br />to authorize the staff to proceed to trial pursuant to Rule 9.50 (2:10 - 2:40) <br /> <br />10. Stream and Lake Protection - Elkhead Reservoir Enlargement Water Acquisition - The Board will <br />consider a Water Acquisition Agreement proposed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. <br />Bureau oj Reclamation and the Colorado River Water Conservation District Jor Recovery Program <br />purposes. Consideration of this proposal initiates the 120-day periodJor Board review pursuant to <br />ISF Rule 6b. No action is required at this time. (2:40 - 3:00) <br /> <br />II. Stream and Lake Protection - Moser Water Right Acquisition (Summit County) -The Board will be <br />asked to take final action on a Water Acquisition Agreement proposed by the Colorado Water Trust <br />to preserve and improve the natural environment on Boulder Creek and the Blue River. Western States Instream Flow Programs Comparison Study - Preliminary findings Jrom this study, <br />which evaluated the status and accomplishments oj various state programs, will be presented to the <br />Board.
