This meeting will be held at the Inn of the Rio Grande (old <br />Holiday Inn) 333 Santa Fe Ave., Alamosa, Colorado. <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the CWCB will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 <br />commencing at 10:00 a.m. and will continue through Wednesday September 15,2004. This meeting will be <br />held at the Inn of the Rio Grande (old Holiday Inn) 333 Santa Fe Ave., Alamosa, Colorado. <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that a Ditch Bill Forum will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2004 <br />beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the College Center, Adams State College, 1st and Stadium Drive, Alamosa, <br />Colorado. This Forum will be held to provide an opportunity for the Forest Service to discuss its policies and <br />strategies for implementing the Ditch Bill under its new directives and to have a dialogue with those <br />interested in the Ditch Bill issue. For additional information on the Forest Service directives on the Ditch Bill <br />Easement and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEP A) Categorical Exclusions, please visit our <br />website at htto://www.cwcb.state.co.uslisf/ditchbilbdf The CWCB will also provide a demonstration of its <br />Colorado Decision Support System (CDSS), which may provide a valuable tool in addressing Ditch Bill <br />questions.
