This Pinal Notice was
distributed to the public on October 4, 1994. The Board tabled action on these streams at its
September 13, 1994, meeting to allow the CWCB and Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) staffs
additional time to explore concerns which were raised regarding the recommendations. Enclosed,
please find a letter report from Jay Skinner, DOW Instream Flow Program Coordinator, which
addresses questions raised by the Board at its September meeting. The CWCB and DOW staffs
recommend that the Board table action on the Bear and Turkey Creek stream segments at this time
to allow for additional data collection on these streams.

TECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS

The enclosed packet of technical data forms the basis for the staffs recommendations.

e
