The water rights awarded in C.A. 1127 are hereby affirmed by the
Court with respect to the above named Applicants and all persons
claiming under said decree, and are set forth below:

B. Source: Beaver Creek, a tributary of the Colorado River.

1) Date of appropriation: September 5, 1885.

2) How appropriation was initiated: By diversion of
stockwater by livestock directly from the stream
bed throughout the year for the watering of all
types of livestock and, including, all types of
wildlife.

Date water applied to beneficial use: September 5,
1885.

C. Leqal description of water riqht: The stockwater which
is the subject of this application will be diverted
directly from Beaver Creek between the point of diversion
.of the City of Rifle diversion structure in the NW~SE~ of
Section 36, Township 6 South, Range 94 West of the 6th
P.M. at a point whence the SE corner of said Section 36
bears S. 49028' E. 2,209 feet to the original headgate of
the Claussen Ditch located in the NE~ of the NW~ of
Section 26, Township 6 South, Range 94 west of the 6th
P.M. at a point whence the NE corner of Section 26 bears
N. 81005' E. 3,230 feet.

D. Amount: 0.10 c.f.s., measured at the City of Rifle's
Beaver Creek headgate, along with an additional 0.10
c.f.s., or a total bypass of one-half of the stream flow
in Beaver Creek, whichever is less, for a period of
twenty-five (25) days from November 15 through February
28.

E. Use: Livestock and wildlife watering directly from
Beaver Creek.
