The Board and Division Engineer shall be allowed <br />access to the gage and all diversion points to guarantee compliance with the terms of this <br />stipulation. <br /> <br />6. Applicant agrees to provide a copy of all proposed decrees and any changes made <br />thereto to the Board for approval.
