<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Board of Directors, in a special meeting of the <br />Battlement Mesa Water Conservancy District held August 29, 1991 <br />at 7:00 p.m~ in the Bray Realty Office, were advised by president <br />Ed Currier, of plans for a joint study of the Owens Dam and <br />Reservoir project on Buzzard creek, for which Battlement Mesa <br />Water Conservancy District holds the degree. Those in attendance <br />were Rex Clifton, Art Linn, Ed Currier, Clyde Bruton, Ray Hittle, <br />and George Gipp. Frank Dix was not in attendance. The primary <br />purpose of said study will be to determine current costs and <br />water yield to the use ~f the facility for domestic, municipal, <br />irrigation, fish propagation, and recreational uses.
