In preparing a proposed decree, the diversion limits and credits <br />can be used for the reach extending from the headgate on Boulder Creek, approximately three <br />miles downstream to the Blue River and then another two and a half miles downstream to the <br />confluence with Lund Gulch, where the historic return flows reach the Blue River.
