The funds transferred to the CWCB from the CWSPF tax check off plan were $84,134.00. This was based on <br />total revenue of $98,683.00, less $14,549.00 in the Department of Revenue's expenses for setting up the <br />account. <br />. The CWCB and WQCC Designees' decision to award funds for certain applications are summarized in a memo <br />dated August 20, 2003. <br />. Grants will be awarded by September 30,2003. <br /> <br />Miccosukee litigation <br /> <br />. Colorado and New Mexico are filing a joint brief pertaining to the 11 tit Circuit Court of Appeals' decision <br />regarding a lawsuit filed by the Miccosukee Tribe in Florida against South Florida Water Management District. <br />(The Circuit Court's decision could potentially complicate Western States' transmountain diversions.) <br />. The Western States Water Council also intends to file a brief similar to the Colorado-New Mexico brief. <br /> <br />e <br />
