The EDWD will submit a completed feasibility $tudy acceptable to the CWCB staff. <br /> <br />2. The EDWD will provide documentation as maybe required by the CWCB staff to <br />make a final determination of feasibility regarding any of the assets listed in the <br />December 2000 Purchase Agreement and the December 2000 Assignment <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />3. The EDWD will obtain such other financing as !may be necessary to complete the <br />acquisitions described in this memorandum. <br /> <br />4. The EDWD will hold an Amendment One election in 2002 to allow the District to <br />incur debt and to repay the CWCB loan. <br /> <br />5. The proceeds from any sale by the EDWD of the water rights included in the Purchase <br />Agreement and the Assignment Agreement will be used to reduce the outstanding <br />balance of the EDWD's loan with the Colorad(> Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />6.
