The parties shall jointly prepare, execute and file <br />with the Water Court a stipulation in Case No. 85CW648 providing <br />for the incorporation in any decree entered in that case of the <br />terms of this Agreement and providing that upon the entry of such <br />a decree so incorporating those terms, Coors' statement of <br />opposition shall be deemed withdrawn. <br /> <br />5. Both parties shall have the right to file statements <br />of opposition to any future applications filed in the Water Court <br />to insure that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are met <br />and that any decrees entered on such applications provide and <br />include the provisions of this Agreement. <br /> <br />6.
