Areas to <br />address include: <br /> <br />Funding to construct, operate and maintain saJiniry control <br />projects that will continue to reduce the salt load. <br /> <br />. Increased efforts to educate water users and other beneficiaries <br />about the salinity control program and the resulting benefits. <br /> <br />.
