COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Rm. 132, State Services Building
Denver, Colorado

I

November 14, 1962

The meeting was called to order by the Vice-Chairman,
Mr. Stapleton, at 10:00 A. M.

MR. STAPLETON:

MR. MILLER:

MR. Me CANDLESS:

MR. STAPLETON:

MR. GILDERSLEEVE:

I

"Gentlemen, we will call this regular
meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation
Board to order. The first item on the agenda
is the approval of the minutes of the meeting
held in Durango on september 14th which have
already been mailed to you. Are there any
additions or corrections to those minutes?
If not, I will ask for a motion that they be
approved as submitted."

"I so move."

"I'll second the motion."

"It has been regularly moved and seconded
that the mi~utes of the meeting of September
14th be approved. All those in favor will
signify by saying 'aye'; opposed - the minutes
are approved.

The next item on the agenda is the
of the South platte Steering Committee.
Gildersleeve will give that report."

report
Mr.

"Mr. Chairman, all I can report on at this
meeting is the progress of the studies Which
are being made for consideration of the Steer-
ing Committee and the work in projecting the
present conditions into what they may be on the
South Platte River 30 or 50 years from now has
taken a little more time than anticipated. We
do have some of the Bureau of Reclamation
studies which have been turned over to our
staff for review and coordination with our
studies and I understand there is more per-
sonnel available now to the Bureau and they
are pushing the completion of these studies
as fast as they can.
