Application Summary This is an application to amend a decreed plan of augmentation, change in place of storage, and an appropriative right of exchange on Tarryall Creek, Middle Fork of the South Platte River, and Crooked Creek near Pairplay in Park County (see attached map). Applicant seek to amend their previously decreed plan for augmentation in Case No. 78W9358 to serve fewer lots and use the unused augmentation credits and out-of-priority diversions on Crooked Creek for watering of stock or irrigation. In addition, the Applicant request to enlarge the augmentation reservoir on South Crooked Creek. Applicant also request a change in place of storage for McManus Ditch water from Tarryall Creek to the South Crooked Creek Reservoir. McManus Ditch water will be exchanged up to the South Crooked Creek Reservoir.
