<br />. <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br />JUl 03 1996 <br /> <br />Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board <br /> <br />28 Iune 1996 <br /> <br />Mr. Dan Merriman <br />Chief, Water Rights Investigation <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Merriman, <br /> <br />We the undersigned wish to comment on the Instream Flow (ISF) Recommendations set <br />forth in your 10 Iune 1996 "Preliminary Notice - Instream Flow Recommendations Water <br />Division 2, to be presented at the Iuly 8-9, 1996, Board Meeting." <br /> <br />We request our comments be presented to the Colorado Water Conservation Board at its <br />8-9 July 1996 meeting. <br /> <br />e We support the ISF Program and your proposed ISF recommendations to assure <br />minimum Instream Flow in Colorado rivers and streams. <br /> <br />Specifically: <br /> <br />(1) We urge approval of the ISF recommendations for Greenhorn Creek. <br /> <br />(2) We urge approval of the ISF recommendations for Graneros Creek. <br /> <br />(3) We request addition of LittJe Graneros Creek, located 1-2 miles south of Graneros <br />Creek in the Greenhorn Valley, to the list of streams protected by Colorado ReviSed Statutes and <br />ISF Rules. <br /> <br />Thank you. <br /> <br />h,-J ~, . \ <br />V~U.
