The BLM documented that a natural environment is present in the form of a brown trout fishery. <br /> <br /> <br />. Based on the BLM's biological recommendation, flows of 13 cfs, summer, and 4.5 cfs, winter, are <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />necessary to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. However, the summer instream <br />flow recommendation was reduced to 7.5 cfs (5/1-10131) based on the water availability analysis. The <br />BLM believes the lower flow recommendation will still preserve the natural environment. <br />. CWCB staffhas conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation, <br />.
