The BLM documented that a natural environment is present in the form of a brook and brown trout <br />fishery. <br />. Based on the BLM's biological recommendation, flows of2.4 cfs, summer, and 0,8 cfs, winter, are <br />necessary to preserve the natural environment to a. reasonable degree. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. CWCB staffhas conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation. <br />.
