A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was

reconvened at The Best Western Ramkota Inn, 701 8 Street, Greeley,
Colorado 80631 at 8 a,m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2001. The meeting was
called to order by Chairman Harold Miske!. Eight voting members were
present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required),
Board members present on this date were Bob BUff, Keith Catlin, Lewis
Entz, Eric Kuhn, Harold Miskel, Donald Schwindt, David Smith, Eric
Wilkinson, State Engineer Hal Simpson, Jennifer Gimbel (representing the
Attorney General), and Rod Kuharich,

Request - City of Englewood

Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt to accept the staff recommendation
to approve the construction easement and non-exclusive easement request
for the City of Englewood and authorize the staff to prepare the necessary
easement documents and the Director to execute said documents, and to
include all terms outlined in the Board Memo of March 14, 2001. The
motion was seconded by Eric Wilkinson and approved (8-0),
